VIEWS

After the award winning TRAILS collection, VIEWS is the second collection designed by Sebastian Herkner exclusively for M2R.VIEWS is about structures and surfaces. Facades and fabrics, but also structures from nature were the inspirations for this designs. Due to a high percentage of silk, the color is changing from different perspectives. To have the main focus on the structure, all designs of this collection are made in just two colors. A special design in VIEWS is FORESHORE FIELDS which is a plant based rug made in pure nettle. This plants are growing in the jungle in the south of Nepal and don‘t waste any farmland or water resources. The irregular dyeing of the nettle yarn creates a complete own structure.
